Athens Metro Line 4: entering the final stretch
Completion of the procedure for the submission of technical and financial offers
Today, Friday March 15th 2019 the procedure for the submission of the technical and financial offers for the Tender “LINE 4 – SECTION A’ ALSOS VEIKOU – GOUDI, STAGE B OF THE TENDER” was completed.
The bidding schemes, which had been pre-selected during stage A’ of the tender, participated in today’s procedure. Presented below in offer submission order, the bidding schemes which submitted their offers are:
- TERNASA – VINCI-SIEMENS AG “TVS”
- J+P ΑVΑX SA- GHELLA SpA –ALSTOM TRANSPORT S.A.
- AKTORΑΤΕ – ANSALDO STP S.p.A – HITACHI RAIL ITALY SPA
The submission of the offers constitutes a significant stage towards the implementation of Line 4 of the Athens Metropolitan Railway, the greatest infrastructure project currently executed in the European Union totaling – for its first section – a budget of 1,510,000,000 EURO, VAT not included.
