Traffic arrangements
Given that, in line with the commitments undertaken by ATTIKO METRO S.A., a section of the south roof slab of VENIZELOU Station has been completed, and in view of facilitating the operation of the enterprises neighboring the project during Christmas holidays, one traffic lane of Venizelou Street is opened to traffic.
More precisely, as from Wednesday, December 11th 2019, in cooperation with the Traffic Police, the following traffic arrangements shall be implemented:
– The traffic lane of Venizelou Street from Ermou up to Egnatias Street is opened to traffic with one traffic lane of a minimum width of 3.5 meters. Signaling operates anew at Egnatias-Venizelou junction.
– A pedestrian walkway transverse to Egnatias Street is created at the point where it meets Venizelou Street.
