The new ATTIKO METRO S.A. Board of Directors was formed into body.Namely:

Mr. Christos Tsitouras possesses significant experience in the area of the construction of major infrastructure projects and mainly in the field of railway network modernization.
The new ATTIKO METRO S.A. Board of Directors mainly seeks the immediate resolution of all issues which have retarded the Thessaloniki Metro projects.
At the same time, the new ATTIKO METRO S.A. Board of Directors will make every possible effort to have the 9 new Metro Stations commissioned the soonest possible, while special attention will be paid to the implementation of both the Metro extension to Piraeus ang the Thessaloniki Metro extension to Kalamaria.
