In view of reinstating the traffic at “Aghiou Vassiliou” Shaft, it is necessary to implement the following traffic arrangements as of tomorrow, Tuesday (February 8th, 2011) for a time period of two months:
- The traffic lanes at Vouliagmenis Avenue shall be reduced from three (3) to two (2) through the occupation of the right traffic lane, at a length of 150m on either side of its junction with Aghiou Vassiliou Street, on both traffic directions.
- The width of the road surface of Vouliagmenis Avenue side road shall be reduced to approximately 4m, through partial occupation of the road surface adjacent to the traffic isle curb of Vouliagmenis Avenue at a length of 150m on either side of its junction with Aghiou Vassiliou Street, on both traffic directions.
- Maximum speed limit is set to fifty (50) km/h at Vouliagmenis Avenue, at a length of 250m on either side of its junction with Aghiou Vassiliou Street, on both traffic directions.
