The Minister of Infrastructure, Transport & Networks, Mr. Dimitris Reppas, approved the allocation of a credit amounting to € 357,675,000 for the partial funding of ATTIKO METRO S.A. construction plan in both Athens and Thessaloniki.
In particular, a credit amounting to €163,000,000 has been approved for the completion of Thessaloniki Metro and its Transfer Stations.
Moreover, as regards Athens Metro Line 3 extension, a credit amounting to €41.3 million has been approved for Aghia Marina (Haidari) – Piraeus Section, while a credit amounting to € 75.375 million has been approved for Egaleo – Aghia Marina (Haidari) Section (AGHIA MARINA (HAIDARI) Transfer Station and Eleonas Depot). For Stations and Electromechanical Works in Athens Metro Line 3 extension, a credit amounting to € 36.75 million has been approved.
Finally, with regard to Line 2 Extension to Elliniko (from AL. PANAGOULIS Station to the “Old Airport”), a credit amounting to € 41.25 million has been approved.
