Mr. Yiannis Magriotis, Deputy Minister of Infrastructure, Transport and Networks (YPOMEDI) shall attend a meetingfor the establishment of a partnership relationship between Thessaloniki local government authorities and ATTIKO METRO S.A.
The meeting shall be held at the premises of ATTIKO METRO S.A./ Thessaloniki Metro (address: 40, 26 October Street, 4th floor), on Monday, January 24th at 11.00 a.m.
The partnership to be developed between ATTIKO METRO S.A. and Thessaloniki local government authorities aims at:
A. Mitigating the problems arising in the areas affected by the Metro construction works.
B. Undertaking initiatives for strengthening local economy through the implementation of actions for promoting and revealing the Metro.
C. Revealing the significant archaeological finds shedding light on 23 centuries of history and civilizationof the city of Thessaloniki.
After the meeting, Deputy Minister of Infrastructure, Transport and Networks, Mr. Yiannis Magriotis shall give a press conference.
