- Scope of the Tender
The scope of this Tender is the selection of the Contractor for the cleaning of the ATTIKO METRO premises described in detail in the Tender Documents. - Contract Duration
The duration of the Contract to be signed between ATTIKO METRO S.A. and the Contractor is twenty-four (24) months. ATTIKO METRO shall be entitled to unilaterally extent the duration of the Contract for a period of up to twelve (12) months. - Pre-estimated Contract Fee
The total pre-estimated fee for the services provided by the Contractor amounts to Two Hundred and Forty Thousand (240,000) Euros, VAT excluded, for the entire twenty four (24)-month period. - Eligible to Participate
Eligible to participate in the Tender are all economic operators (domestic and foreign) either individually or in the form of Joint Ventures whose scope of works is related to the Contract scope. - Tender Procedure
The tender shall be based on the open procedure, while the summary of this Invitation shall be published in the Greek Press and in AM’s webpage. - Criterion for the Award
Criterion for the award of the Contract is “the most advantageous, from a financial point of view, offer” that will ensue from the evaluation of the Technical and Financial Offers submitted by the Bidders. - Deadline for the Submission of Offers
The deadline for the submission of the offers expires on Monday July 2nd 2012, at 12:00.
The Bidders are bound by their offer for a period of six (6) months after the expiry date for the submission of the offers.
The official language of the tender procedure is Greek. - Participation Letter of Guarantee
A Bank Letter of Guarantee for participation in the Tender amounting to twelve thousand Euros (€12,000) is required for the Offer to be accepted.
