With regard to the Tender RFP-194/09 “Design, Construction and Commissioning of the Thessaloniki Metro Extension to Kalamaria” conducted by ATTIKO METRO S.A., whose relevant Invitation to Tender has been published in the Official journal of the European Communities S 90/12.05.2009 under code No. 2009/S 90-130201/12.05.2009 and also published in the Greek Press (newspapers: “ADESMEFTOS TYPOS” dated 08.05.2009, “ELEFTHEROS TYPOS” dated 08.05.2009, “IMERISSIA” dated 08.05.2009, “AVRIANI MAKEDONIAS THRAKIS” dated 08.05.2009, “MAKEDONIA” dated 08.05.2009, “ELEFTHERO VIMA” dated 10.05.2009, “TYPOS TIS THESSALONIKIS” dated 08.05.2009, “AGELIOFOROS” dated 08.05.2009, “THESSALONIKI” dated 11.05.2009 and “KENTRI” dated 09.05.2009), an extension to the deadline for the receipt of requests to participate, as stated in item IV.3.4. Therefore, the deadline published in item IV.3.4, is amended as follows:
